Post our agreement, our assigned Industry specific client relationship manager will understand your manpower requirements, assist you with benchmarking data around skillset and salary budgets by doing a competitor analysis, also assist you in developing a Job description if you won’t have one.
Post our understanding our team initiates the sourcing, screening and search process
Our Internal recruitment team initiates the search & screening process. We have a 2 tier evaluation process where-in every shortlisted candidate shared with you will go through two rounds of telephonic / Virtual or face to face interview at our end.
We start sharing profiles which have undergone 2 levels of screening at our end
Post evaluation we share profiles with you and as per your shortlisting we manage the entire interview scheduling process, scheduling candidates for interview as per your availability.
We assist you in closing the candidate and engage the candidate till the onboarding is done
