When it comes to beauty, they want a girl. But, duty? I need a man.

The world talks all day and night about women empowerment but, do they really follow what they preach?

Being a recruiter made me realize that promises made by the renowned companies about hiring female candidates just burns into ashes when it comes to really believing them.

Holding on lavish events and promoting “girl power” does cover the cost of publicity that they needed but, do they really hire women?
Going through all the job descriptions I realized that brands specify us to help them in hiring pretty girls for their promotional purposes. Whereas, when it comes to a desk job on a senior level they would make sure that mention “Only Male”.

Ummmm… Okay? So you only need me because I can attract people for business? Having a corporate event? Let’s get a gorgeous anchor!!! Excuse me? Is she there because you want to use her as an eye candy or is she there because she’s actually good at what she does?
The Recruit hired me a couple of days ago and when I entered the premises I saw only females working. The department didn’t really matter but literally, all girls (except for my boss though). I don’t think he hired any of us due to our looks but, he did that because he thought we were capable of doing the work he wanted us to do.

Our company has not only internally tried to hire females, but has also helped many ladies get their desired jobs. I know. We counted!!!!
